Understand your accounts
Compare balances and open recent activity for one account.
After signing in, open Help in the sidebar to start an interactive guide.
At least one account has to have arrived from your connection.
How to do it
- Open Accounts to see your accounts and their reported balances.
- Select an account to open its overview.
- Compare the current and available balances where your bank supplies both. Nora shows credit debt separately from cash.
- Read the recent activity, then choose the information icon beside balance history to see where the chart’s numbers come from.
Account detail keeps balances, activity and history in one place. A missing value means the data is unavailable, not that the amount is zero.
Having trouble?
- Check when the provider last updated. An older observed balance may not include the latest activity.
- Do not add different currencies as though they were the same currency.
- If an account is missing, check Settings > Connections and which accounts you selected in Plaid.
